164 Days To Go!

What time does the wedding start?

Our wedding will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to our wedding start time to allow plenty of time for seating. If you arrive late, you will be asked to wait until the ceremony concludes to be let into the venue, as we will have videography and photography coverage during the ceremony.

What is the attire for the wedding?

We'd love to see our guests in a semi-formal dress. Ladies may wear cocktail dresses, slip dresses, a dressy skirt and top, or an elegant pantsuit (styled with heels, nice wedges, or formal flats). As for the fellas, settle on a dress shirt and slacks, with the option to wear a tie. Kindly refrain from wearing jeans on our special day.

When should I RSVP by?

Please send back your RSVP cards to us no later than August 31st, 2026.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Please RSVP via mail only. Be sure to allow us time to receive back your response card before August 31st, 2026.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

We have reserved a room block at Hampton Inn Queen Creek. Please book your stay by October 14th, 2026 to guarantee a room in our block. Use the code 90A or mention the Delgado West wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate. Hampton Inn Queen Creek, 20768 E Maya Rd, Queen Creek, AZ 85142

Are plus ones and children allowed?

It will be clearly stated on your wedding invitation.

Will there be a shuttle to/from your hotel to the wedding venue?

Unfortunately, no. You will need to plan to arrange for your own transportation to and from our wedding.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Yes! There will be plenty of parking at our wedding venue. Please note however that parking is on a dirt lot.

Is the wedding venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The parking lot and venue is mostly flat. There are also ramps at the entrances and exits of the building.

Is your wedding indoor or outdoor?

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors in the garden as well as cocktail hour and the reception. Guests will walk to the garden on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a pre-selected taco bar buffet. There will be a meat or gluten-free/nut-free/vegan option available. Please note to us on your RSVP card any food allergies you or your accompanying guests may have.

Will there be an open bar during the ceremony?

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you'd like to share a wedding gift with us, we will have a gift table with a wedding card box at our reception. You may also send gifts if you wish through our registry to our home in Casa Grande, AZ.

Is it ok to post wedding photos on social media?

Absolutely! We will have a QR code at our wedding for guests to scan and upload photos to an online gallery. We would love for you to share your photos with us!

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?

Details coming soon.

What is the weather and climate like in the area?

Autumn in Arizona can be warm during the day and cool at night, so we recommend a light wrap or coat to cover bare shoulders and sunglasses for the outdoor ceremony. We will have heaters scattered throughout the outdoor reception areas, as well as blankets to snuggle up in if you or your littles get cold!

I have more questions about your wedding, who can I contact?
